All Advertising Materials and appeals to customers on behalf of the Company shall be sent from official email addresses listed on the Company’s website. The Affiliate can register with the Affiliate Program only once. Re-registering, including as a sub-affiliate, is strictly prohibited. The applicable version of the Agreement shall be the version that is published on the Affiliate Program website. The Company shall not be liable to third parties for the Affiliate’s failure to comply with the clause on age restrictions.
